We want to ensure that your return experience is as seamless as possible. For domestic returns, please initiate the process within 14 days of delivery to qualify for store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, like personalized goods, textiles such as rugs and bathmats, furniture pieces, used or modified items, are ineligible for returns. Orders of 5 or more items or over $2,000 on multiple quantities are ineligible for return. We strive to ensure that your unique selections remain just as special upon arrival as they were when chosen.
Damaged Items Policy
In the event of a damaged or defective product, we're committed to making things right. Please notify us promptly by filling out our damaged / return request form, providing images of both the product and its original packaging. We'll work with you to facilitate a replacement or suitable resolution.
International Returns

Exchanges

Should you need to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer feasible, but our return process remains available to accommodate any changes or concerns.
